3. Scope of Services

RentDrive365 is a car rental comparison website that allows users to compare offers from various rental providers. We do not own, operate, or manage rental cars. The rental agreement is between the user and the selected rental provider.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information during the booking process.

• Users must comply with the rental provider’s terms and conditions.

• Users are responsible for verifying rental details before confirming a booking.

• Users must ensure they have the necessary documentation required by the rental provider to complete the booking process.

5. Booking & Payment

• RentDrive365 processes a prepayment at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be paid directly to the rental provider upon vehicle pickup.

• The prepayment amount varies depending on the rental provider’s policy and will be displayed at the time of booking.

• No hidden fees – the total amount due is clearly communicated at the time of booking.

• If any extra charge is required on arrival (such as local taxes or surcharges), it will be communicated to the customer before completing the booking.

6. Pricing & Availability

• Prices displayed on RentDrive365 are based on information provided by rental providers and may be subject to change.

• RentDrive365 is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed and final rental prices.

• Availability of cars is managed by rental providers, and RentDrive365 is not liable for cancellations or modifications.

• The displayed pricing does not include additional fees imposed by the rental provider.

• Some rental providers may charge additional fees at the counter, including but not limited to taxes, surcharges, and optional add-ons, which will be disclosed in advance.

7. Modifications & Cancellations

• Users must contact RentDrive365 directly at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for any booking modifications or cancellations.

• Modifications or cancellations requested within less than 48 hours before pick-up are subject to rental provider policies and may not be processed.

• Any applicable cancellation fees will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to present the required documentation at pick-up.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• RentDrive365 is not responsible for any issues arising from car rentals, including vehicle conditions, insurance claims, or service quality.

• Users acknowledge that RentDrive365 only acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by rental providers.

• RentDrive365 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its platform.

• RentDrive365 is not responsible for any disputes between users and rental providers regarding rental terms, fees, or additional charges.

• The customer is responsible for understanding the rental provider’s deposit, insurance, and rental conditions before booking.

9. Insurance & Additional Services

• RentDrive365 provides “Full Excess Protection” as an optional service.

• Insurance coverage varies by rental provider and location.

• Users should review and purchase additional insurance if needed.

• Extra services (e.g., GPS, child seats) are subject to availability and additional charges.

• The rental provider determines excess protection terms and conditions.

• RentDrive365 does not manage or refund any insurance-related claims; all claims must be made directly with the rental provider or the insurance company.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• RentDrive365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Users agree to the use of cookies and tracking technologies for service enhancement.

• RentDrive365 ensures that all personal data shared with third-party rental providers is handled securely.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on RentDrive365, including logos, text, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content without permission.

• Unauthorized reproduction of RentDrive365’s content may result in legal action.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the appropriate UAE courts.
